This evening as we attempt to wrap our brains around the tragic news of the helicopter crash where Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, her teammate, the other parent and pilot all lost their lives, let us remember to lift everyone impacted in this tragedy in prayer. While we see Kobe in his celebrity status, please don’t forget that his wife has to absorb the shock of her husband and child no longer being in the earth realm. His other children have to figure out how to navigate now without a father and a sister!
Let’s remember that their net worth didn’t change their humanity status, so let’s bombard heaven on their behalf! Please keep the NBA family and the community of people who have been influenced not by just his basketball acumen, but his people and business approach to cultural and social ideas that were near and dear to him. This is a global loss.
